Over the years we have regularly received customer emails and even thank you cards saying how much they have enjoyed their experiences in one of our cars.
As the web is becoming the quickest and most effective way of sharing such experiences we are allowing you to submit your own feedback online. We will be emailed when something new is added and once approved it will appear below. If you wish to include a photo then just email this to tony@theopenroad.co.uk and I'll add it to your comments.

The best car rental service I have ever had. Less trouble than Hertz or Avis and a real experience. I'll write it up on TripAdvisor.

Just to let you know how much we enjoyed driving the Jaguar on the 26
th June 2010.
There were a couple of occasions, within the speed limit, when the Jaguar came alive and demonstrated why it was such an icon when it was first launched to the public in the 60s.
To be able to experience this 50 years later was something we will not forget for a long time.

Just a quick mail to thank you for the lend of the Mustang last Saturday. We all thoroughly enjoyed the day, especially H who is recovering from a serious ilness and this was her first outing for a long time. She is still undergoing treatment which makes her feel tired (hence the early return of the car), and N still had a grin on her face when we got home.
Driving the Mustang was a little strange at first but soon got the hang of it. It brought back memories of driving pre power assistance and you certainly got to feel the road.
I'm told that the photographs we took of T and N with the Mustang are now on something called Facebook althoughth I cannot confirm this as I'm far too old to get onto that particular site!
Thanks once again for a memorable day.

Had a great weekend. Beautiful car ,behaved perfectly, very sweet gearbox, and loads of torque,so surprisingly relaxing runs through the Cotswolds. Only issue was avoiding the potholes! I just got out thinking how could we could engineer a car of that quality 40 years ago,and yet since lose a car industry! Next one to book I think will be the Stag!

Beautiful E-Type, great condition, very smooth ride, didn't feel as though we were in a classic car.

Thank you very much for the privilege of your Jaguar E-type on Saturday the 25th. The E-type has always been my dream car absolutely mind blowing. The car behaved impeccably with no problems at all. The torque is amazing. We took it easy and never stretched the car even so the ride was smooth and the handling was far better than expected considering the design is 40 years old. During the day we did the first 6 hills (of the Test Hills Run) and stopped for lunch. This was followed by a drive to Stratford. After that I went up the M40/42 to my Uncle's in Solihull followed by a Pint in Warwick before the return. I will never forget the view from the drivers seat across the bonnet. My old pedal car was red but the real thing is far better.

Booking by me (Joan) for Lee.
Thank you for making my daughter's special birthday surprise a truly wonderful day. She loved the red MG Roadster, something she had longed to drive all her driving life. She tells me the picnic you laid on was superb lovely food, not tacky sandwiches and there were great accompaniments. Thank you from me and especially Lee.

A quick thank you again for a great experience with your TR4A. We had a great two days in the car and Ill never forget driving it with that wonderful bonnet stretching away in front.
I had meant to say how impressed I was by the overdrive facility. Ive never driven a classic with that on before and what a difference it makes !
I am looking into a repeat performance with the TR6.
