MGB Roadster was used to add a period flavour to the filming of an American TV
programme - Keys to the Castle. The
actor concerned was non other than John Barrowman, who is now famous as the
swash-buckling American airman Jack Harkness in the BBC TV series - Dr
Who and Torchwood. Just like the Tardis our MGB can take you back in
time. |

This time the stakes were a bit higher. The programme featured one of the best restaurants in the country - Raymond Blanc's Le Manoir aux Quat' Saisons near Oxford. The producers chose our Austin Healey 3000 as the perfect accompaniment. |

Triumph TR6 was seen on TV on 10th May 2005 in the BBC 1
programme Love Me Love My Kids.
The programme, made by award winning programme makers, RDF Media featured a single father's search for a new girlfriend. The twist in the programme was that he didn't choose his dates, his children chose two girl friends for him. One of them took him out in our Triumph TR6 on the final date. |

At that time The Open Road had two MGs for hire, a 1969 MGB Roadster which is still on our fleet and a 1993 MG RV8 which we have since sold. |

7, Australia, picked our Triumph TR7 to be used in their holiday programme, The
Great Outdoors.
The producers made a film about touring The Cotswolds and decided that the best way to convey the full British atmosphere was to feature one of our open top British sports cars.
They picked our slightly unusual bright green Triumph TR7 for the job. |
