In February 2004 the Sterkman family (father and sons) came over from Holland and took our Triumph Stag and TR6 on a four day tour. They normally go on a fishing trip but decided to try something different. Used to sitting out in cold wet weather they arrived with full winter clothing and after wrapping up well they put the roofs down on both cars and headed off into the West.
Although the weather was fine when they left Warwickshire, it was snowing in the West Country. But they kept the roofs down for the whole trip and produced a family album of their exploits.
They enjoyed it so much that in June 2006 they returned to take out all three of our Triumphs: Stag, TR4A and TR6 for another trip - this time in better weather - for the sequel - A Day at the Races.
