All email addresses and other information supplied to The Open Road will be used solely for our own administrative and marketing purposes, including the provision of occasional updates via email,  on our fleet of cars and other services.

All such general emails will include an opt out and by sending us an email with the subject line of REMOVE we will remove the recipient from our distribution list.

We keep rental agreements on file for a period of 3 years from the date of hire, but all credit card slips are shredded after the car has been fully checked on its return.

We are under a legal obligation to provide the Police with details of hirers, should we receive notification of any speeding or other infringements.  We will inform hirers, by email, of any such communications.
