- Thank you very much for the privilege of your Jaguar E-type on Saturday the 25th. The E-type has always been my dream car absolutely mind blowing. The car behaved impeccably with no problems at all. The torque is amazing. We took it easy and never stretched the car even so the ride was smooth and the handling was far better than expected considering the design is 40 years old. During the day we did the first 6 hills (of the Test Hills Run) and stopped for lunch. This was followed by a drive to Stratford. Aafter that I went up the M40/42 to my Uncle's in Solihull followed by a Pint in Warwick before the return. I will never forget the view from the drivers seat across the bonnet. My old pedal car was red but the real thing is far better. - GB - February 2006
